EMU is pleased to announce the opening of its brand-new Monomarca in the heart of Milan, in Corso Monforte 50, managed in partnership with Interni Design Experience. An inspiring space of over 500 square meters designed by LCM Marin Design Studio, where visitors can discover the wide range of EMU outdoor furnishings Made in Italy. An exhibition of timeless, universal, sustainable, multi-material, high-quality, and comfortable design icons. All collections are in perfect harmony, as fabrics, designs, materials, and styles can be mixed and matched, creating interesting combinations.

The Monomarca was designed as a place where matter gives life to the environment and it is the product itself that creates the atmosphere, an atmosphere that summarizes the principles EMU’s work is based on: design, research, know-how in the processing and protection of metal, sustainability, and multi-materiality. The natural elements are replaced by majestic stylized metal trees, a tribute to EMU’s signature material. The ‘spectator’ can thus imagine unique settings for outdoor furnishings with a strong identity, intended for the dining, living, and relaxation areas.

By entering the EMU Monomarca you get the sensation of being immersed in nature, also evoked by the materials used. The companies chosen for the fitting out share with EMU its values of sustainability. Flooring and walls, made of Ariostea ceramic slabs by Iris Ceramica Group as a skilful reinterpretation of Verde Karzai marble, have an intense and shaded green background, whose veins embellish the aesthetic allure, being in harmony with the EMU color palettes. Upstairs, the Monomarca’s floor is made of Listone Giordano oak, from the Desir line. Green is the basic concept recalled in every element of the showroom, such as the stylized trees and limited edition Cone lamps with natural decorations. The corten finish of the metal panels creates continuity with the natural theme and with the wide range of EMU colors.

EVENT APRIL 19 2023

On Wednesday 19 April 2023, EMU Monomarca hosted the EATS&BEATS event, during which Chef Giacomo of “Genuino – Naturally Fast Food”, a new sustainable restaurant format, delighted our guests with authentic dishes and live show cooking on Emily, the new EMU Outdoor Cooking System, one of the previews for 2024.

EVENT JUNE 8 2022

On Wednesday 8 June at 7pm, at the new EMU Monomarca in Corso Monforte 50, EMU hosted the talk with Luciano Galimberti (President of ADI) and Sebastian Herkner, designer of the new Twins collection.

The result of the perfect union between the know-how of EMU and the design skills of its designer: Twins is a collection with a strong identity, embodying two twin versions: one totally in 100% FSC teak and the other an interesting material-mix between the pure teak and one of the main components of EMU products: aluminum.
